
Thales Alenia Space statement concerning In Orbit Acceptance Review of the Palapa-D satellite

Cannes, November 16, 2009 – Thales Alenia Space announced that the Palapa-D communications satellite has successfully passed the In Orbit Acceptance Review.
Palapa-D is now positioned at its final location (113 °E) and fully ready for operation.
The satellite’s service life is now expected at more than 10.5 years.
