721st Security Forces Squadron [721st SFS]
The 721st SFS protects the priority resources at Cheyenne Mountain AS, as well as providing management and oversight of the base information security and industrial security programs to prevent compromise of classified information. They also register vehicles and provide law enforcement for the people there. They also have an air base defense squad committed to worldwide deployment.
The 721st SFS is composed of more than 110 members and controls an annual budget of $250,000 and equipment valued at $2.1 million.
The 721st SFS is tasked with providing security policy for all units at Cheyenne Mountain Air Station. It oversees the information security program, security forces operations and security forces plans and programs.
It also directs security for the Priority A resources of Cheyenne Mountain Air Station.
