21st Contracting Squadron [21st CONS]

The 21st Contracting Squadron is responsible for purchasing goods and services for the 21st Space Wing, U.S. Space Command, Air Force Space Command, North American Aerospace Defense Command and Cheyenne Mountain Air Station.

In direct support to the 21st SW units worldwide, the squadron also procures operations and maintenance and technical services support contracts.

The contracting squadron is preparing for the future by investing in innovative programs which will allow for the expanded use of electronic and credit card purchases of goods and services.

The mission of the 21st CONS is to provide a dedicated team, striving to meet our customer requirements for viable contracting actions.

The squadron consists of more than 150 contracting professionals who provide more than $200 million of operational and specialized contracting support annually.

In addition to 21st Space Wing activities, the squadron supports the following units and their worldwide activities: Headquarters North American Aerospace Defense Command, Headquarters United States Space Command, Headquarters Air Force Space Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Cheyenne Mountain Air Station, and other tenant organizations.
