We were deeply alarmed to learn of the car bombing in the historic Red Fort area of New Delhi in the early hours of November 10, which killed more than 10 people and injured dozens. We extend our sincere condolences to the victims' families and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
Russia strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and is committed to the eradication of this global scourge. We are convinced that the solidarity of the entire international community is crucial to effectively combating this threat.
