
China rejects groundless accusations, smears against China under cybersecurity issues pretext, FM on reported attack at Microsoft software

In response to a question regarding Microsoft server software allegedly being targeted by large-scale "cyber espionage activities," Guo Jiakun, a spokesperson of Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that he was not aware of the specific situation mentioned.
Cybersecurity is a common challenge faced by all nations and should be addressed through dialogue and cooperation. China consistently opposes and lawfully combats hacking activities, while also rejecting any groundless accusations and smears against China under the pretext of cybersecurity issues, Guo said.
