Anti-epidemic Work Intensified

Pyongyang, August 28 (KCNA) -- Phyonggang County of Kangwon Province of the DPRK is continuing to intensify the anti-epidemic work, true to the intention of the Workers' Party of Korea on firmly maintaining the anti-epidemic barrier until the global health crisis is over.
The party and power organs and the emergency anti-epidemic sectors in the county are intensively carrying on the anti-epidemic information and education so that residents make a correct understanding of the danger of the simultaneous infection of COVID-19 and influenza.
They are intensifying the work to inform visitors of the order of action and hygienic and anti-epidemic rules to suit the characteristics of relevant units after reexamining the overall blockade barrier.
They are also improving the ability of anti-epidemic workers, further strengthening the capability of test rooms and raising the demands so that the doctors in charge of their households conduct hygienic information and screening and examination for residents, mindful of their mission that they are defending the forefront line of the anti-epidemic war.
