July 15, 2022
In light of the stabilised public health situation after the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), which has allowed medical professionals to return to their normal working schedules, the President resolved to cancel several executive orders as they provide for giving additional insurance guarantees to some categories of healthcare workers and additional state guarantees to some categories of people.
State guarantees shall be provided to healthcare personnel at the medical institutions that treat patients diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19) or patients with similar symptoms who might have this condition, in compliance with Russian law.
The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to bring their regulatory acts in line with this executive order.
