Saudi Press: Saudi Arabia achieves a significant decrease in epidemic curves of COVID-19 pandemic

Riyadh, December 01, 2021, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas.

Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that development, tourism and maintaining the environment are within the key goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia vision 2030.

The Cabinet approved on Tuesday the organizational arrangements for the Saudi Red Sea Authority and the establishment of public organization for the conservation of coral reefs and turtles in the Red Sea, the paper said.

This falls within the interest in the future of the coasts and their marine treasures in Saudi Arabia that have become within the main pillars of its attractive tourism, the paper added.

In another context, Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that under directives and follow-up of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia achieved a significant decrease in the epidemic curves of COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to the keenness and unremitting support being provided by the wise leadership, Saudi Arabia was able to confront its negative effects of COVID-19 at all the levels, the paper added.

Based on the principle of keenness to preserve the health of society and the safety of all and protect the health achievements that the have been achieved over the past months, Saudi Arabia called all citizens and residents who have not received the second dose of immunization in take the initiative to receive the vaccine, the paper concluded.
