- United States and Singapore Expand Cooperation on Cybersecurity CISA 23 Aug 2021 -- The United States and Singapore have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to expand cooperation on cybersecurity. The MOU was signed by Jen Easterly, Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and David Koh, Chief Executive of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA).
