Oman: 2788 Covid-19 New Cases

Muscat, May 16, 2021, SPA -- As many as 2788 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) were registered in the Sultanate of Oman during the period from Tuesday 11 May till Saturday 15 May, in addition to 45 new Covid-19-related death cases, Oman News Agency (ONA) cited the Ministry of Health.

This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 cases to 205,501 in the Sultanate.

The total number of Covid-19-related death cases reached 2193, the Ministry of Health said.

The Ministry added that 3951 new cases have recovered during the aforesaid period, bringing the total number to 190,342 recoveries.
