Emergency Anti-epidemic Campaign Further Intensified in DPRK

Pyongyang, May 9 (KCNA) -- All sectors and units across the country strictly observe anti-epidemic rules and concentrate efforts on keeping the masses on high alert, while regarding the anti-epidemic work as the most important task of this year.
The central emergency anti-epidemic sector more rationally modified and supplemented the anti-epidemic rules and regulations and press ahead with the work to thoroughly check the inroad of COVID-19.
Hygienic and anti-epidemic organs make sure that their officials responsibly conduct hygienic information activities among the employees of the units in their charge. Measures have been taken to routinely conduct a hygienic and epidemiological check-up in the units frequented by many people.
The education sector, heightening the teaching staff and students' awareness of the importance of the anti-epidemic work, sees to it that classrooms, laboratories, office rooms, hostels and equipment are thoroughly disinfected.
