
Italy introduces nationwide curfew and regional lockdowns from Friday

Rome, November 05, 2020, SPA -- The Italian government presented a new set of anti-coronavirus measures on Wednesday, including a countrywide curfew and tighter rules for regions with high infection rates, according to dpa.
The provisions apply from Friday until December 3, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said.
The national curfew will be enforced from 10 pm to 5 am. Also, museums will be closed, high schools and universities will switch to online lessons, shopping malls will close on weekends and there will be reduced passenger capacity on public transport.
