Health Ministry: 539 New Confirmed COVID-19 Cases Detected, in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, Sep 29, 2020, SPA -- The Ministry of Health announced in a statement here today that 539 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as daily infections increased compared to the last two days, bringing the total number to 334,187 cases, including 10,906 active cases undergoing treatment.
Of these, there are 1,005 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable.
It added that 27 new deaths have been reported; putting the tally of fatalities, at 4,739.
Meanwhile, as many as 696 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to 318,542.
On the other hand, 51,676 new laboratory tests were conducted, in the last 24 hours, across the Kingdom.
