
Health Ministry: 2,565 New COVID-19 Cases, 3,057 New Recoveries Reported, in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, July 18, 2020, SPA -- The Ministry of Health said in a statement here today that 2,565 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number to 248,416 cases, including 51,751 active cases undergoing treatment.
Of these, there are 2,182 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable.
The Ministry of Health added that 40 new deaths have been reported; putting the tally of fatalities, at 2,447.
As many as 3,057 cases have recovered, raising the total recoveries to 194,218.
On the other hand, the total number of latest tests done, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stood at 62,364, according to the Ministry's statement.
