Algeria Reports 141 New COVID-19 Cases

Algiers, May 2, 2020, SPA -- Algeria reported, during the past 24 hours, 141 new cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) bringing the total number of laboratory-confirmed cases to 4,295 cases.

In a statement, the spokesperson of the Coronavirus Follow-up Committee of Algeria Jamal Furar said that 6 new deaths have been reported, bringing the total number of deaths to 459, adding that the ministry reported 51 recoveries, bringing the total number of recoveries to 1872.
