
Two coronavirus cases confirmed in Gaza Strip

Gaza, March 22, 2020, SPA -- Gaza Strip has recorded its first two cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Ministry of Health in the coastal enclave announced Sunday.
"Two Palestinians who had traveled from Pakistan tested positive for the virus," said the ministry's undersecretary, Youssef Abo al-Rish, adding that they have been quarantined in Rafah, a town near the Egyptian border, and did not enter the strip.
