Iran welcomes Indian call for cooperation on anti-terror campaign

Tehran, March 18, IRNA -- Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast on Sunday welcomed Indian Foreign Minister's call for cooperation on campaign against terrorism.
Mehmanparast reaffirmed Iran's commitment to the Vienna Convention on diplomatic relations and said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to cooperate with Indian government on campaign against terrorism.
He referred to assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists masterminded by the Zionist regime, saying that the Islamic Republic of Iran has been major victim of terrorism.
He said campaign against terrorism is a global responsibility requiring the international community and all governments to fulfill their duty in this respect.
