'Criminal' Moroccan Cafe Explosion Kills 14

Morocco's Interior Ministry says an explosion in a cafe popular among foreign tourists in the Moroccan city of Marrakech has killed 14 people and injured 20.
The ministry said in a statement on April 28 quoted by state news agency MAP that the blast was a "criminal act."
It said that foreigners were among the casualties.
No further details were immediately available.
Earlier reports said the blast appeared to be have been caused by a concentration of gas in the basement of the building.
Marrakech is a popular tourist destination.
