Anti-Swine Flu Virus Headquarters established in Iran

Tehran, May 5, IRNA – IRI Government here Monday established an Anti-Swine Flu Virus Headquarters, comprised of 2 vice presidents and 4 ministers, commissioned to adopt necessary measured to immunize Iranian society against flue threat.
According to IRNA Health Desk, the information website of the IRI Government reported on Monday evening that based on a proposal made by the president and in order to be prepared for confrontation with the swine flue epidemic disease, the Anti-Swine Flu Virus Headquarters was established, comprised of Executive Affairs Vice President Ali Saeidlou as its head, Planning and Strategic Supervision Vice President Amir Mansour Borqe’ie, Interior Minister Sadeq Mahsouli, Education Minister Ali-Reza Ali-Ahmadi, Health Minister Kamran Baqi Lankarani, and Agricultural Jihad Minister Mohammad-Reza Eskandari.
According to the ratification, the decisions made by the above mentioned team would be regarded as the president’s decisions and the cabinet ministers would be obliged to abide by them within the framework of the cabinet’s set of internal rules and regulations.
