CACI Awarded $25.7 Million Contract to Provide Safety and Health Support Services for Transportation Security Administration

Company to Support Safety Program for Over 45,000 Employees at TSA and at 400 Airports

Arlington, VA, September 20, 2006 - CACI International Inc (NYSE: CAI) announced today that it has been awarded a $25.7 million prime contract to provide Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Support Services to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The five-year (base year, plus four option years) contract enables CACI to provide program management support services to help develop, implement, and maintain an effective OSH program for approximately 45,000 TSA employees at the agency's headquarters, five regional offices, and more than 400 airports nationwide. This new work for CACI expands its homeland security business and positions the company to increase its business in this vital area.

CACI's role under the new contract is to provide program management support to TSA headquarters' Occupational Safety, Health and Environment office. CACI tasks will include facilitating safety action teams to improve safety for TSA employees at airports; inspecting TSA facilities in each of over 400 airports; supporting collateral duty safety officers and federal security directors at airports; and initiating safety and health training programs at multiple venues.

Program management support is a key area in which CACI supports the federal government. The company already provides program management support services to two other DHS organizations, the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. CACI will leverage this expertise to ensure TSA programs are carried out on time and within budget, helping the agency to provide the highest quality support for this national priority of protecting the people who protect our nation's airports and air travelers.

According to CACI President of U.S. Operations Paul Cofoni, "The Transportation Security Administration Occupational Safety and Health Support Service prime contract is a clear indication that TSA has great confidence in CACI's ability to carry out this critical work. We offer TSA proven experience and expertise to help the agency protect the health and well-being of its employees."

Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman, President, and CEO, said, "CACI's selection to support the Transportation Security Administration enables us to help our nation fight the war on terrorism by assisting TSA in creating a safer workplace for its employees. TSA is the government agency responsible for providing security to air travel, so we're proud to be able to help our country's protectors who serve on the front line at our airports."
