CACI Awarded Department of Homeland Security Enterprise-wide Information Technology Contract

Company to Provide Management Support Services Under Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) Program

Arlington, VA, July 26, 2006 - CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) program. The multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract vehicle was awarded to CACI for a five-year base with two one-year options. The award positions CACI to continue expanding its homeland security business.

EAGLE provides DHS with information technology (IT) support services in five functional service categories. CACI's category is Management Support Services, which encompasses all areas of IT planning and policy, including enterprise architecture, security, training, enterprise resource management, business process engineering, and related support. Because DHS encourages EAGLE contractors to work in cross-functional areas, the award will also allow unique opportunities for CACI to team with other industry leaders to provide complex solutions in additional functional areas.

CACI already provides management support services to clients throughout the federal government, including two DHS organizations, the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. CACI's management services are a key element in company solutions for network services, logistics, and IT services and systems integration, providing clients with in-depth expertise that assures projects are completed effectively, on time, and within cost.

According to CACI President of U.S. Operations Paul Cofoni, "EAGLE provides an excellent opportunity for CACI to expand our already solid presence at the Department of Homeland Security and show our capabilities across the board. Working in the program's cross-functional areas, we can also leverage our services into more support for more agencies, tailoring our solutions to each client's unique needs."

Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman, President, and CEO, said, "CACI's selection to be one of the prime contractors on the Department of Homeland Security's important Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions program again demonstrates the value of our offerings to the federal government. CACI's solutions are focused on supporting the government's highest priorities in protecting our homeland and winning the war on terrorism."
