Pakistan's President General Pervez Musharraf and his US counterpart George Bush held telephonic conversation on anti-terror campaign Thursday.
"The talk continued for more than 20 minutes and focused on international political situation, Pak-US relations and the progress of the ongoing war against terrorism," Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad said.
He added, "Both leaders discussed Pakistan's role in the war against terrorism in the present scenario."
The official rejected reports of US pressure on Pakistan, saying Pakistan is fulfilling its obligations without any pressure.
"President Musharraf has national and international stature and he knows well what to do next," the minister added.
