Lockheed Martin Awarded TSA's Integration and Training Services Contract

IDIQ contract to train passenger and baggage screeners as well as law enforcement officers

The Transportation Security Administration has awarded Lockheed Martin the Specialized Security Training contract. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is a one-year contract with four one-year options. The contract's initial value is $8.9 million. The scope of the Specialized Security Training contract includes basic passenger and baggage screener training, recertification and cross training to existing screeners. Training services may also be available for the Federal Air Marshals, Federal Flight Deck Officers, and state and local Law Enforcement Officers. The contract may also include tasks in support of other DHS and federal agencies.
