V-O-A's Michael Drudge has more from London. TEXT: British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw has issued a strong condemnation of what he called the "terrorist outrage" near Mombasa, and he expressed British government condolences for the victims and their families. Mr. Straw said he has seen no evidence linking the attacks to the al-Qaida terrorist network, but he said the attacks did require a high level of skill and organization. /// STRAW ACT /// There are appalling terrorists around the world, well-organized and, sadly, well-equipped, capable of perpetrating this kind of outrage, and that is what they have done today. /// END ACT /// Mr. Straw said Britain is offering law enforcement assistance to Kenya, and his office may strengthen its travel warning for British citizens planning to visit Kenya.
