HOW THE U.S.-LED GROUND FORCES ARE ORGANIZED
The main coalition ground forces now arrayed throughout Iraq are separated into two main branches, not including the northern front, where Kurdish fighters are led by U.S. Special Forces. Here is a look at the forces' command structure and some recent quotes from leaders on how the war is going:
