This building was used in the past as the intelligence operation facility of the Palestinian Authority. The facility was taken over by the Hamas terrorist organization during the Gaza takeover in June 2007. Today the building is used by Hama's' operational forces and is called "tel Al Islam". The facility is used as the headquarters of senior Hamas operatives and in organizing Hamas's naval forces.
It is also used as a detention and interrogation facility of Fatah operatives and of those suspected pf cooperation with Israel. |
