The President Discussed the Work on the Peace Plan with the NATO Secretary General

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
Mark Rutte expressed his condolences over Russia's horrific strike on Ternopil. The attack killed 31 people, including six children. Search-and-rescue operations at the site of the tragedy are still ongoing.
The Head of State emphasized that Ukrainians, more than anyone else in the world, want his war to end, the killings to stop, and a dignified peace to be achieved.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Mark Rutte discussed the available diplomatic options and the plan proposed by the American side. The parties are ready to work swiftly and constructively to ensure the plan succeeds; they are also coordinating the next joint steps.
The President thanked the NATO Secretary General for his support.
