President and Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discuss situation in Ukraine

On Friday 21 November, the President of the Republic and the Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discussed efforts to bring an end to Russia's illegal war of aggression against Ukraine. The Ministerial Committee also received an overview of the proposals for ending Russia's war of aggression that have recently come to light through public sources.
Finland is assessing the situation in close cooperation with its allies and Ukraine and will continue its efforts to end the war in a way that is just and sustainable. Matters concerning Ukraine are for Ukraine to decide, and decisions about Europe cannot be made without Europe's involvement.
