Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I had a very good first meeting with my new Japanese colleague, Mr. Toshimitsu Motegi. Japan is our leading partner in Asia. We are grateful to the Japanese government and people for their strong support for Ukraine, including in the areas of demining and recovery. I informed about Russia's escalated terror against our energy system and shared the list of our priority energy needs ahead of winter. I invited Mr. Toshimitsu Motegi to visit Ukraine at the nearest convenient time".
