It was a difficult night for the country: russians launched massive attacks on eight regions and the city of Kyiv. A child was killed and more than 20 people were injured. The enemy targeted energy facilities, civilian infrastructure, and residential buildings.

"From the first minutes after the strikes, the emergency services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were operating in a coordinated manner. Operational headquarters are working in each region to ensure a rapid response to calls. Work is continuing to eliminate the consequences of the shelling in Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions," the Minister said.

Ihor Klymenko also reported that more than 1,200 State Emergency Service specialists and 200 units of specialized equipment have been deployed. Reserves were determined as well: another 1,000 rescuers and 200 units of equipment. If the situation worsens, they will be sent to the sites of the damage.

Rescuers are using robotic equipment and remote foam generators at high-risk sites. Unfortunately, repeated threats are complicating firefighting efforts.

"Since night, reinforced police crews have been working in each affected region - the number of personnel involved has been doubled. This is especially true in settlements where there is no electricity supply. At the sites of the strikes, headquarters have been set up to record statements from those affected," added Ihor Klymenko.

Invincibility Centers have been set up at the territorial units of the State Emergency Service and the police. Citizens can use everything they need, including light, communication, and heat. For several weeks now, the russians have been doing everything they can to plunge the country into darkness. For the fourth year in a row, Ukrainians have been proving every day that the occupiers' terror is powerless against unity.
