The Russian Defence Minister introduced his new deputy defence minister, Vasily Osmakov, to the attendees of the CIS Council of Defence Ministers meeting.
'I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the Deputy Defence Minister of the Russian Federation, Vasily Sergeyevich Osmakov, whom many know from his previous work. He used to be the First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation,' said Andrei Belousov, speaking at the CIS Council of Defence Ministers meeting in Almaty on Friday.
