The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will hold its 69th General Conference (https://www.iaea.org/about/governance/general-conference/gc69/blog) in Vienna from 15-19 September 2025.
Leading the Israeli delegation to the Conference will be Israel Atomic Energy Commission (IAEC) Director Moshe Edri. He will be accompanied by representatives from the IAEC and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As he does every year, IAEC Director Edri will address the Conference. This year, he will dedicate his remarks to the severity of the Iranian nuclear threat and the damage it suffered during Operation Rising Lion. He will also refer to Israel's good cooperation with the IAEA regarding nuclear safety, nuclear security and nuclear applications for peaceful purposes.
