- Azerbaijan had 46 BMP-3s, having ordered a total of 119 units in 2016 .
- Cyprus had 43 BMP-3s, the supply contract for which was signed in 1995 for $68 million.
- Greece had 291 pcs. various modifications. In 2008, Greece concluded a contract for the supply of 420 BMP-3. In 2009, it was announced that the contract for the supply of 1,000 cars by Russia was in the final stage, but due to the severe economic crisis, the contract was frozen.

- United Arab Emirates had 815 pcs. various modifications. In 1992, the BMP-3 won a tender held by the UAE. Its rivals were the American M2 Bradley BMP and the British MCV80 Warrior . As a result, as of 2013, the UAE army had, according to various data, from 590 to 650 vehicles in BMP-3, BMP-ZK and BREM-L variants . Emirati BMP-3 were part of the international peacekeeping force in Kosovo in 2000. UAE Presidential Guard had 200 BMP-3, as of 2016, and 250 BMP-3s by 2024 .
