Notes

    * - Includes vehicles reported in storage. Cordesman reported in 2006 that "Some experts feel that half of its AMX-30s are in storage, however, and only about 700-765 of Saudi Arabias main battle tanks are fully operational. Saudi Arabia was also experiencing major problems in converting to the M-1A1 tanks and would leave it with a core strength of around 380 well-manned M-60A3s, about 200-275 M-1A2s that were combat ready with good crew proficiency, and a residual force of around 160-170 AMX-30s."

1 - These vehicles were reported in storage as of 2005.

2 - This total includes some number of subvariants, including mortar carriers, command post vehicles, and others.

3 - These vehicles were reported as being in storage as of 2010.

4 - This equipment was reported as being in storage as of 1990.

5 - This equipment was reported as being in storage as of 2005.
