* - In February 2009, the Kyrgyz government announced it would ask the United States to leave Manas Air Base, citing a conflict over compensation.
** - Spanish "Mizar" detachment primarily supports intratheater lift operations for ISAF, but also supports OEF coalition forces when necessary. French detachment conducts refueling in support of OEF and ISAF. Both are under the operational control of the 376th AEW.
