Spain sends Crow counter-UAS system to Lithuania, says Minister R. Kaunas

On a phone call with Minister of Defence of Spain Margarita Robles Minister of National Defence R. Kaunas thanked Spain for a quick response and assistance to Lithuania amidst the incidents involving UAVs.
"I thank Spain for your timely decision to deploy the Crow counter-UAV system to Lithuania. It is yet another proof of Allied solidarity and shared responsibility for European security. Today, as the Baltic region is faced with relentless provocative actions from the East, each decision to enhance the airspace guard is a strategic signal," said Minister R. Kaunas.
The combination of radars, cameras, sensors and electromagnetic warfare equipment in the Crow adds up to a "smart shield" to protect critical infrastructure, airports and tactical units.
