NAVY

MEB General Contractors Inc., Chesapeake, Virginia, is awarded a $442,127,000 firm-fixed-price, award-fee-incentive with economic-price-adjustment contract for modernization of Dry Dock #3 at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Work will be performed at Portsmouth, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by January 2031. The maximum dollar value, including unexercised options and potential award fee, is $467,181,292. The contract will be incrementally funded with fiscal 2025 and future fiscal year military construction (Navy) funds. Fiscal 2025 funds in the amount of $42,177,500, will be obligated at time of award. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with three offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N62470-26-C-0001).

Konecranes Nuclear Equipment and Services LLC, New Berlin, Wisconsin, is awarded a $49,673,119 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract (N62470-20-C-0002). This award brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $293,839,843. The contract modification provides for construction of a 175-ton heavy-lift portal crane to be installed at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. Work will be performed in New Berlin, Wisconsin, and is expected to be completed by November 2028. Fiscal 2026 other procurement, (Navy) funds in the amount of $49,673,119 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N62470-20-C-0002).

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, California, is awarded a $45,752,236 modification (P00014) to a cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price order (N0001923F0041) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001920G0005). This modification exercises an option to provide continued non-recurring engineering, tooling, and labor in support of completing the integrated functional capability four change requests and engineering change proposals into MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System Air Vehicle B5 for the Navy. Work will be performed in Palmdale, California (64%); San Diego, California (34%); and various locations within the continental U.S. (2%), and is expected to be completed June 2029. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $45,752,236 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Allied Metal Tech LLC,* Greenville, Wisconsin, was awarded a $271,857,636 firm-fixed-price contract for the production of bomb dummy unit-50 cast ductile iron with material handling unit (MHU)-122 or MHU-149 pallets in support of the Air Force and potential Foreign Military Sales requirements. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 3, 2030. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity (W519TC-26-D-0002).

BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., York, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $91,324,646 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00054) to contract W56HZV-22-C-0053 for an additional 701,862 hours of system technical support and sustainment system technical support for the M88 family of vehicles, including the M88A1 Medium Recovery Vehicle and M88A2 Hercules. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $155,049,172. Work will be performed at Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 27, 2027. Fiscal 2025 procurement of weapons and tracked combat vehicles, Army funds in the amount of $91,324,646 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity.

Kokosing Alberici Traylor LLC, Westerville, Ohio, was awarded a $14,268,159.91 fixed-price with economic price adjustment modification (P00023) to contract W911XK-22-C-0006 for an in-scope change to the New Lock Chamber project, constructing a 1,200-foot-long by 110-foot-wide chamber in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, in response to a request for equitable adjustment after encountering unsuitable soils that required additional labor and time. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $1,935,590,946.56. Work will be performed in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, with an estimated completion date of July 8, 2029. Fiscal 2010 construction, Corps of Engineers, civil funds in the amount of $14,268,159.91 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Trident Systems Incorporated LLC, Fairfax, Virginia, was awarded a $30,413,577 small business innovative research contract for enhanced regional situational awareness support. This contract provides for maintenance, software development, and technical analysis and refresh of the ERSA system. Work will be performed at Fairfax, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 4, 2030. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operational and maintenance centralized asset management funds in the amount of $2,326,283 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA2204-26-C-B001).

Goodrich, a Raytheon Co., Westford, Massachusetts, was awarded a delivery order with a not-to-exceed amount of $23,403,663 for MQ-9B processing exploitation data (PED) stations. This contract provides for the unclassified procurement of PED Ground Stations, exploitation software, travel, field service representatives, technical manuals, and installation and checkout services. Work will be performed at Malvern, United Kingdom, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2028. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Taiwan. This contract was a sole source acquisition. FMS funds in the amount of $8,270,363 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wight Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8691-26-F-B011).
