NAVY

Prism Maritime LLC,* Chesapeake, Virginia, is awarded a $93,158,280 cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for support performing the functions of an MK38 alteration installation team with the installation of ship alterations, ship change documents, ordnance alterations, and system repairs as related to the MK38 machine gun system on Navy and Coast Guard vessels, and authorized Foreign Military Sales. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (30%); Norfolk, Virginia (30%); Everett and Oak Harbor, Washington (15%); Mayport, Florida (10%); and Yokosuka, Japan (15%), and is expected to be completed by December 2030. Fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $500 (minimum contract guarantee) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the SAM.gov website with five offers received. Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division, Indian Head, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00174-26-D-0001).

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Melbourne, Florida, is awarded a $22,161,472 modification (P00003) to a firm-fixed-price order (N0001924F2597.) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001920G0005). This modification exercises options to provide for continued E-2D Advanced Hawkeye installation of Wing Center Section modifications and the manufacturing and installation efforts necessary to retrofit the Aerial Refueling capabilities for the Navy. Work will be performed in St. Augustine, Florida (95%); and Melbourne, Florida (5%), and is expected to be completed in September 2027. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $22,161,472 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This order was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Hamilton Sundstrand Corp., Windsor Locks, Connecticut, is being awarded an undefinitized contractual action, (N00383-25-F-EH07), in an estimated amount of $19,000,000. The contract is being awarded for the procurement of the 127 heat exchangers in support of the Navy F/A-18 aircraft. All work will be performed in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. All work will be completed on, or before, June 2030. The applicable funding for this action is BP 34 (Navy) in the amount of $19,000,000, with a (49%) obligation amount of $9,310,000. Funding in the amount of $19,000,000, was approved for this requirement. One company was solicited for this sole source requirement and one offer was received in response to the solicitation. A sole source Justification and Approval was based upon authority of 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). Naval Supply Systems Command, Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Concurrent Technologies Corp., Johnstown, Pennsylvania, was awarded a maximum $17,995,653 contract award for large capacity energy storage. This contract provides for a demonstration of new and emerging advanced energy storage and energy efficiency technologies to meet military needs. Work will be performed at the Clear Space Force Station, Alaska, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 3, 2030. This contract was a competition acquisition, and five offerors were received. Fiscal 2025 research, development test and evaluation funds in the amount of $2,001,349 are being obligated at the time of award. The contracting activity is the Department of Defense Activity Address Code, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio (FA2394-26-C-B003).
