54th WMD Civil Support Team
In Wisconsin, the 54th Civil Support Team of the Wisconsin National Guard is fully staffed and highly trained, but is not full-time or equipped. As of April 2002, the Governor of Wisconsin was lobbying Congress and the DoD to make the 54th a full-time unit.
