PLA Rocket Force 65 Base

The sixty-sixth base of the People's Liberation Army Rocket Army , located in Luoyang City , Henan Province , is the base of the People's Liberation Army Rocket Army.

In August 1966, based on the former Public Security Force Academy, the 305 Project Headquarters ( headquarters 124 troops ) was formed. On May 25, 1968, the Central Military Commission approved the change of the 305 Project Command to the 54th Base of the Second Artillery Corps of the Chinese People's Liberation Army . Located in the Jinan Military Region of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. In 2016, in the deepening of national defense and army reform, it was changed from the 54th base of the People's Liberation Army Rocket Army.
