Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "As part of Ukraine`s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visit to France and talks with President of France Emmanuel Macron, I was glad to meet with my colleague Jean-Noël Barrot.
We had as always meaningful and important discussion focused on peace efforts, the Coalition of the Willing, and the Ukrainian-French defense cooperation.
We coordinated steps in European affairs, including the effective use of the SAFE mechanism to develop joint projects with Ukraine, further contributions to NATO's PURL initiative, and the decision to enable the full use of frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine.
I am grateful to France for its remarkable support and leadership — and anticipate a very successful visit by President Zelenskyy today".
