Rescue of Russian submersible to begin around 2-3A.M.

05/08/2005 19:15 MOSCOW, August 5 (RIA Novosti) - The rescue of the Russian submersible trapped on the seabed near the Kamchatka coast in Russia's Far East will begin between 2 and 3 a.m. tomorrow, the deputy chief of Russian Navy headquarters said.
"The crew has so far confirmed that it is in a stable condition," Vladimir Pepelyayev said.
He said additional efforts were being taken and more equipment was being sent to the scene.
