MOSCOW, March 4 (RIA Novosti) Igor Ivanov, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, will go on a working visit to Kiev on Friday. He will discuss military and military-technical partnership with his colleague, Secretary of the Ukrainian Council of National Security and Defense Pyotr Poroshenko.

The Ukrainian side expects to discuss acute problems of bilateral relations in the defense industry and technical spheres.
