   Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea has covered a long path replete with victory and glory, enjoying the absolute trust of the people over the last six decades. It is entirely thanks to the ideology and theory on building a revolutionary party expounded by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in their famous works. Their famous works have been published in "Complete Collection of Kim Il Sung's Works", "Collection of Kim Il Sung's Works", "Collection of Kim Il Sung's Selected Works", "Collection of Kim Jong Il's Selected Works" and other collections of works. Among them are more than 1,000 works elucidating the revolutionary ideologies and theories on party-building in a scientific way.
    They are encyclopedic works giving perfect answers to all theoretical and practical questions arising in party building and activities in the era of independence on the basis of the great Juche Idea.
    First of all, they expound the WPK is the Juche-oriented revolutionary Party guided by the immortal Juche Idea. Many works including "Historical Experience of Building the Workers' Party of Korea" and "On the Fundamentals of Revolutionary Party Building" define the character and fighting goal of the Party and the principle and basic direction of its building and activities and give clear-cut answers to the theoretical and practical issues arising in the party building and activities.
    It is the main ideology running through the works that the monolithic ideological system should be established and a unity and cohesion around leader achieved in the party.
    Various works including "On Strengthening the Work of Establishing the Monolithic Ideological System of the Party amongst Cadres and the Work of Revolutionizing Them" and "Let Us Establish Firmer the Monolithic Ideological System in the Whole Party and Society" elucidate the issues relating to the law governing the Party building and activities such as establishing the monolithic ideological system, the basic line of the Party-building, ensuring the unity and cohesion in ideology, will, morality and obligation and the purity of the Party.
    Meanwhile, many works propound the ideas of enhancing the leading role of the Party as the organizer and guide of all victories, realizing the unique Songun-based revolutionary leadership for the revolutionary Party, building it as a mass and motherly one, correctly solving the issue of succeeding to the revolutionary cause and carrying forward the cause of Party building generation after generation. Typical of them are "The Fundamental Way for Achieving Victory of the Revolution Is to Strengthen the Party and Increase Its Leadership Role", "For Carrying Forward and Accomplishing the Socialist Cause", "The Songun Revolutionary Line Is the Great Revolutionary Line In Our Times and the Ever-victorious Banner of Our Revolution", "Socialism Is a Science" and "The Workers' Party of Korea Is the Party of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung".
    They also deal with the Party's policies on opposing invasion and occupation by foreign forces and achieving the unified development of the country and the nation and adhering to the independent line in its foreign policy, defending socialism.
    The WPK, Kim Il Sung's Party has won a victory after victory, without any mistake in its lines or fiasco in the implementation of its policies by thoroughly embodying the ideologies and theories on building a revolutionary Party put forward in the works in the party building and activities.
