QUESTION: China. Taiwanese leader Chen Shui-bian said yesterday that he's not going to accept a One China policy and one country, two systems in resolving the Taiwan issue. Do you have any comment on that?
MR. BOUCHER: We have always supported dialogue across the straits. How they get there, how they conduct it, is up to them.
QUESTION: In the State Department, any of your officials is going to attend a Taiwan-US defense meeting next month? Do you know anybody who's going?
MR. BOUCHER: I do not know. Sorry. You guys are asking all kinds of questions I have not looked into. I am sorry.
QUESTION: Can I have one last thing? Do you have anything to say, what the Secretary is going to talk with the Chinese Foreign Minister when they meet in New York?
MR. BOUCHER: I am sure they will talk when they meet in New York. I do not have a separate schedule of bilateral meetings. But they will have a chance, I am sure, to talk about things in New York.
