Narrative and Notes
ReliableKSM asked Binalshibh to arrange for Ziad Jarrah to mail the hijackers' passports to Binalshibh, who would then pass them to KSM, probably for use in al-Qaeda propaganda.

In addition, Binalshibh told KSM that Jarrah was chafing under Atta's management, probably over Jarrah's visits with his girlfriend and family. KSM was worried Jarrah would withdraw from the plot.

KSM also told Binalshibh to send money to Zacarias Moussoaui, possibly to prepare him as a substitute pilot if Jarrah backed out.1
