Maalot Plan

The IDF published its multi-year plan, called "Maalot" ["degrees" or "Virtues"] on 20 May 2015. At the seminar where the plan was presented, the essence of the name was explained: "it was chosen to symbolize a process of climbing in which there was an ascent continuous, step by step, to new peaks and highs."
