39th Fighter Division
The 39th Fighter Division was organized and established in June 1967 at Liuhe, Jilin. The unit is believed to be equipped with J-6 aircraft.
The specific numerical designations for the regiments attached to the 39th are somewhat unclear, though it is probable that similar naming conventions are being used here as well.
