28th Attack Division

The 28th Attack Division was established in December 1952 at Gucheng.

The division is currently believed by located at Hangzhou, Zhejiang with aircraft also operating from Jiaxing. The division is organizaed with the 82nd, 83rd and 84th regiments and flies the Q-5.
