Notes
- Total numbers for these aircraft may include some number of 2-seat trainer aircraft.
- As early as 2006, it was being reported that Belarus was interested in acquiring 18 Su-30K aircraft that had been delivered to India in 2000 as part of a contract agreement dating to the 1990s. These aircraft had been delivered to India on the condition that when appropriate number sof Su-30MKI were delivered, these aircraft would be returned to Russia. The aircraft were reported to have been delivered to Belarus for refit before being accepted, but apparently the Air Force decided it had no requirement for these aircraft. Their status was unclear as of 2012.
- This number appears to include some number of airframes in storage.
- By 2000, some 12 of these aircraft were reported to be held by civilian authorities or other concerns, but could be requisitioned for military use if required.
- Between 2000-2012, these numbers likely included some number airframes reported to be in storage. At least 4 Mi-26 and some 30 Mi-24 were reported to be in storage.
